HollieWood offers online personal training for those looking to push harder to meet their goals. Programs are tailored to each clients individual lifestyle and goals. Clients use an App to see and track their perscribed workouts ( THE PLAN) along with videos so there is no guessing about exercises,equiptment or correct form. The App is also used to track body stats, progress photos and 24/7 support. Workouts set clients up for sucess whether they need to be done at the gym or at home. Along with each clients training plan they get nutritional guidance. Clients learn how to achieve their goals while eating the foods that they love. Living without any crazy restrictions.
